Corneal surgeries

Corneal surgeries aim to treat conditions such as weakening, thinning, and cloudiness of the cornea.

These issues cause specific vision problems, especially for patients with conditions like keratoconus and corneal ulcers, which significantly weaken a patient's vision.

Corneal transplant

Corneal surgeries aim to treat various conditions affecting the cornea, such as thinning, scarring, ulcers, and keratoconus (a cone-shaped cornea). During these procedures, damaged portions of the cornea are replaced with healthy tissue from a donor cornea. Known as keratoplasty, this approach restores vision and greatly enhances its quality.

Corneal ring implantation

It’s a surgical procedure that helps people with keratoconus (a condition that weakens the cornea) and some types of nearsightedness. During the procedure, tiny rings are inserted into the middle layer of the cornea using a femtosecond laser. These rings help reshape the cornea and improve vision.

LASIK surgery

The laser vision correction procedure is a set of simple surgical interventions aimed at eliminating the need for prescription glasses and contact lenses.

Various laser techniques and technologies are employed to reshape the cornea and correct refractive errors such as myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.

Femto-LASIK:

Femto-LASIK is utilized to treat various refractive errors without the need for sharp surgical instruments. Instead, laser beams are employed to lift a flap of the cornea, followed by reshaping the corneal tissues using an Excimer laser.

Femto-SMILE:

It is the latest technology in the world of laser vision correction defects as it does not need to lift a crust of the cornea and the desired tissue is extracted using femto laser.

Cataract-glaucoma surgery

Surgical treatment for cataracts and glaucoma is typically done separately, but they can be treated together if both conditions are present simultaneously.

Cataract

Glaucoma encompasses a range of eye diseases that can result in vision loss and blindness by harming the optic nerve at the back of the eye. Treatment typically involves laser surgery for milder cases and Glaucoma drainage surgery for more severe ones.

Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, enhances the appearance of the eye area. Aging and gravity cause the skin to lose elasticity, but this procedure tightens the eyelids for a more refreshed look.

Blepharoplasty

This procedure aims to reduce bagginess in the lower eyelids and remove excess skin from the upper eyelids. This procedure can be done on the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both.

Laser eyelid surgery, Botox and filler injections

Laser eyelid surgery, Botox, and filler injections are alternative procedures to traditional eyelid surgeries. They enhance and tighten the eyelids by injecting specific substances into different layers of the skin.
